HVAC & plumbing specialist needed (1 Viewer)

Hey all,
In process of buying a house that needs some work beyond what is listed here. The priorities are HVAC and water heater and funds are tight. Can you recommend anyone that
1) can assist me with install of a furnace & evap coil, obviously if they are licensed it would be better. I would pay per hour.

2) provide contact info of a good contractor that can install a H20 heater for good price (rheem preferred) (home depot and Lowes are out of the question)

I have a friend (actually the husband of a friend) who is a very good plumber. He has done work for me and work at my office. contact Steve 770-913-8333.
