Hudson, NH do it yourself garage?

I saw an ad for a DIY garage with a lift and some tools but I can't remember where. They charge a monthly fee to join and your rate is based on how much time you need in the garage. Does anyone know the name of the place?

I often thought about doing something like this as a business. I would think there would be a huge liability if an injury were to happen.
