How to remove the seat back off the drivers seat (LX)?

title says it all...I'm sure it's not too tough, but how do I take off the drivers seat "seatback" panel? I have a squeak in there I need to find....thanks in advance.

Oh yeah, the car's an '01 LX. I think the LC seatbacks are different?

2 bolts each side, you can get a ring spanner down the side of the seat past the softer rubber flap on the seat to get them but it is easier if you take the side covers off the seat to access them. 14mm spanner on mine
