How so do you fix this rusty section?

I'm getting rust in a unique place. And it's getting worse each month.

Any suggestions to tackle this would be greatly appreciated.

You need to get fish oil into the roof turret to stop the surface rust ASAP. I'm not sure how to get it into the 80 series turret but I would pull some roof trim and squirt it in to save your roof and window suports if it was my truck.

Looks to be just surface rust at this time so I would hit it with some sand paper to get ride of it then a converter and then paint over it all.
