I was replacing the valve cover gaskets on my 05 GX470. When I removed PCV hose, I broke the nipple off the intake manifold. It doesn't look like this part is replaceable. Is this fixable, or do I have to buy a whole intake manifold?

I would say it's fixable. It won't be pretty but it can be fixed. In the unfortunate case you can't fix it, a used manifold won't (or shouldn't) be too expensive. I would probably cut it off flush, drill a hole, and get a vacuum nipple of equivalent size to epoxy in to the hole you just drilled.

I agree with the above, or use a hot air welder and the appropriate filament (maybe HDPE?) to weld in a nipple. That's what I did on one a vacuum hose port on my 100, and it has held up great.

Agree with epoxying in a nipple, such as a basic 3/8" brass hose barb. That is the method I would use to rig it back together.

Thanks all. I might try the plastic welding first, otherwise I'd need to disassemble more in order to ensure shavings don't get into the intake when drilling it out.

I do have the rest of the nipple - just not sure of the best way to fix all this.
