Figured i'd just post this for us locals... don't really care about the hole board chiming in. Saw this on my lunch break in Fullerton yesterday.

I talked to the owner, he says he's never touched the dirt with the Lexus ever. He said and i quote "i dropped my wife off at the barbershop, headed over to costco, came out of costco and it was like that"..... eh huh.. sure. How would someone do this if they tried??????? Not like you can do it with a shopping cart... i think he's lying. He was like 75 yrs old and could barely hear me. His wife was starring at him when he explained it. He prolly smashed it on a fire hydrant while doing donuts or something stupid lol

he got it really good..... thats for sure..

oh yeah and there are hardly any scratches either. any theories?

For us locals -

Anybody been watching the news lately on that senior citizen running over those people?

Well...practice makes perfect on curbs n barriers

Looks like my running boards when I finished Miller's Jeep trail for the first time! LOL!

If you look at the crease in the running board (look closely at the middle of the arc) I say he hit something and didn't even know that he did. Especially if he was hard of hearing. The crease looks to come from underneath and front to rear. It also went inward at the same time and crushed the rocker itself while pushing the running board behind the door and forcing it out. It looks to be parallel to the ground which makes me think it was a planter or some other imobile object. Why what he hit didn't cause scratches I don't know.

Over the years I have been called to countless scenes where old people have caused havoc on the road and they always say " I didn't hear, see, know, etc..." Sad deal.

Just noticed that I can see your Cruiser's reflection in the GX.

Hmmm... Here in the City of Orange, and right behind my house, they place those drainage openings right next to driveways on the main business streets. The one behind my house is like a 16 inch drop from the curb to the street. Embedded in the concrete is a steal plate across the whole opening. I hear about 5 cars/trucks aweek drop off this thing. I know the drivers don't see it, they expect the low curbs.

Yeah, nice reflection..
