2016 bought it used and loving it. When I bought I could see the crease above the right rear reflector but didn't realize until now that it must have damaged the way the reflector is attached. It's only attached on one side. The other swings in if you push on it. How do I get in there and any ideas on how to fix it.

Looks like there are 2 nuts that hold the reflector in place? I suspect you'll need to pull the bumper (well bumper cover) off to get to them though.

Most likely the ear for screw to go through from the reflector snapped off. There are total three (two on one side and where you pointing with finger one more). This is a great opportunity to replace those reflector with LEDs (so they shine when you break or have light on or both). There many sold on eBay. Here it is a set I have for sell on eBay as I bought two different one to decide which one I want to install.

To install you need to remove the bumper. The process takes roughly 10 minutes (20 min if you have not done it before). I hope this helps

Any videos out there showing how to remove rear bumper? My search powers are letting me down.

Jump in front of someone and hit your brakes hard. Not only will they remove it quickly for you, you'll get the added benefit of $ to fund a steel bumper upgrade.

(j/k, please don't do this)

No video, but very simple. Just follow bumper from fender to fender and remove screws from sides and bottom. Then pop the plastic cover by the bottom of lower gate (just pull upward). There you will find more screws. Here are some pictures hopefully will help you.
