How do I become a Vendor?

It seems my little grille badge and cupholder endeavor is becoming larger then I had originally anticipated and I realized it was time for me to become a Vendor, but I don't know how. Any help?

B, I just went through this. If you are wanting to add banners etc.. there are specific requirements. However, to just have your handle (bhicks) with the supporting vendor status in red under it.. its a simple upgrade..
