How can I go about setting up a new subforum?

moderators, is it possible to start a subforum based upon radio controled landcruisers like what is pictured in both my buildup "split pea build up" and Winkle's buildup. I don't know how else to post up. I know pirate has a similar forum but I spend most my time over here

I've considered an RC forum, since i've got a few myself....

will do some thread searches and see if there is enuf out there to warrant its creation
