Hj75 power steering pump hose fittings

I'm going to make a custom flexible hose for my power steering pump line in my 2h HJ75. The hose between pump and steering box. I'm after the exact size and type of fittings on either end. Any help would be awesome.

I think one of the sizes to the steer box is m16 1.5p at least..
