hj 60 to fj 62 part swap

hello does any body know what parts fit from a fj 62 to hj 60 ,especially tranny and axles and suspention ,i am aware that 62 is gas and 60 is diesel as well as the 24 volt issue, doors and such body panels are the same i hope??? much appreciated ,ollie
