Short answer is no.
My undestanding of it, is the EDR (event data recorder) in some cars can be checked after crashes. it will provide speed, decleration, throttle position, brake application, seatbelt useage, etc. In Some cars its about a 2-3 second "tape" of what happend prior to airbag deployment. That is the Event if you will.
I have never seen one from a Toyota, they have EDRs, but Toyota has not released the software to pull the events to the public, or law enforcement for that matter.
Chevy, Chrysler , yes, there is software to pull the events. If Im undertstanding the question, there was not a crash or event. but just a "history" check if you will. No I dont know of any programs that will give you a 6 month or 1 years worth of driving habits or red line frequeny.
