We are looking for a unicorn with 2 blood diamonds in their pocket. If you're just looking for a job you can stop here. If you're looking for a career or lifestyle Job in a small shop where Mondays excite you please read on. We are a Solid axle Toyota Land Cruiser only shop. We offer a M/T 4 day work week with a choice of 40 or 32 hr week. 100% paid Primary health care after 6 months. off hours shop use. You're not going to find a Land cruiser shop that pays better or expects more.

Sorry no trainees at this time. A perk if you're familiar with SCRUM management. You need to be able to work without supervision .Your work must be neat, look well planned out and OEMish. We strive for perfection and allow the time to do that. Hence no flat rate. We don't take shortcuts. You will need to know how to set things like points, dwell and adjust fuel air mixture with a screwdriver. As we are growing into LS swaps. I need someone who can sit down and hook a laptop up and do a tune. Welding and fab is required CAD experience is a huge plus. Setting up gears rebuilding trannys and t cases. You need your own Master set of tools and be Sober! We are not 420 friendly.

Our new climate controlled facility will be ready in late Jan. But I am starting the search now. We are in Colorado Springs, Co on the edge of some of the best off roading in the world. We are active in the local community so in the summer we are off leading trails or having fun. We offer free workshops on basic repairs/ welding from time to time for local clubs The ideal candidate will own their own Land Cruiser or Mini and want to participate in these things.

This is the ideal spot for someone who could run their own shop but doesn't want to own it. Who has an extreme eye for detail and perfection for the finished product. Is open to being taught and teaching, no one knows it all. Has the work ethic of a generation past. Wants to work in an artisan style clean modern shop. Knows the customer is King. Has no issue being on a team with other artisan style techs who strive for perfection. What that means is you must be able to navigate through passion-filled personalities. It's hard sometimes.

If this sounds like what you have been looking for feel free to send us your resume Precisionlandcruisers@gmail.com. I know some of us old guys might not have one . send an email with your experience and why you would be a good fit. If your the one we are looking for Expect to see an offer to start in the mid 30s low 40s and hr.

We only service solid axle Land Cruisers . No service managers. no micro management. 4 day work week. Small shop with working mechanic owner. We are hiring right now!!! I have Land Cruisers stacked on top of each other. With more waiting to get in . Come live, work and play in the Rockies.
Base pay $30 to $50 and hr .

bonus level 2 @ 90% billable time + 15 an hr for the week

A good tech who is slow and steady with a small amount of come backs and or mistakes could write their own paycheck . A great Tech will make more than me ! We prefer the latter.

Here are the instructions to apply . Send your resume to Precisionlandcruisers@gmail.com if you're old like me and don't have one an email with your experience , builds you have done and a little about yourself will do .. Remember, a picture tells 1000 words! Anything else will be ignored. If you can't follow such simple instructions you won't be a good fit in Our shop.
