hey I'm looking for a slide in camper to put on gooseneck. Any pitfalls to watch for? Like is an extended cabover gonna hit my truck, what kinda camper to avoid and do you know anyone that hasa good one for sale?

Randy, The only issue I've had with mine is the mount of flex in the front of the trailer. My trailer is 36' and at the time I bought it I had two trail rigs. A shorter trailer will have the axles farther forward and less flex at the neck, putting less stress on the camper. I set the camper on stall mats to help keep water off the camper floor and cushion the ride a bit. I used the fatory tie-down locations on the camper to secure it to the trailer and that allows the camper to give a little when the trailer flexes also. I still need to add storage boxes, but overall it's a very functional set up.

Good Luck,
Mike
