I have a 1996 4runner which I have been told ARB does not make a front bumper for. I need help finding something simular, any suggestions would be appreciated.

The 95-04 Tacoma bumper from ARB will fit with minimal modification. Part number 3423020.

Can you tell me what the minimal modification to the ARB Bumper is so it will mount up to my 96 4 Runner?

modification for ARB bumper
Basically cutting off the two flat mounting plates on the front of the frame that your original bumper mounts to. This lets the ARB bumper mount slip over the frame rails and mount up using existing holes in the frame. really not a big deal so don't let it scare you away.
