TOMORROW is the last day to file official comments to BLM to keep the trails open. Do it now (it takes 30 seconds).

1. To make a comment, go to ePlanning (either link works):

2. Click on the green "Participate Now" button. Scroll right click "participate now" again.

3. Your comment only needs to state the following: (Copy and paste)

• I use the trails in the travel plan.
• I support Alternative A.
• Thank you
• OPTIONAL: I have participated in the annual Cruise Moab event (and intend to do so again in the future)

We strongly encourage everyone who supports outdoor recreation access and loves the trails in Moab to submit a comment and tell BLM to keep this area open.

Is BLM trying to shut down some trails down there? What's the deal, people leaving trash and crap everywhere?

they are trying to restrict access. from my brief glance at the documents it appears that the main concern was dust mitigation.
