Well, fair is going to be in the eye of the cash holder...
That is a very straight truck, mild build, great paint. Interior: seats look great (recovered?), arm rest is a little worn but overall (from the pic you posted) the inside looks to be in good shape. Tires, lift, bumper, lights, lockers (I think that is what you were trying to convey by the can't get them to engage) it has all the right parts. Looks like some oil on the axle and some rust on some of the frame. What is the mechanical state? HG been done, knuckles been done, PHH, etc?
I have seen trucks that were this clean go for north of 10k, but the mechanicals and interior were also perfect. I would say if you have HG, PHH, or other big ticket items checked off and if the interior is as clean as it looks and if you could have that armrest recovered to match the seats, AND if you can get the lockers working, then you could likely get into that range. easily. Folks seem to be ready to trade a testicle and slap their momma for clean trucks that are factory locked these days, so if you want top dollar, get those working and get a few of those other items squared away.
If you want to get it gone quick, then (in my opinion) you are going to have get down under $8k. If I was in the market and looking for a good clean truck, then I would probably be in that range. Folks paying the big bucks want to not have to touch anything, if you are selling as is with some mechanical flaws and non-working lockers, then you need to be ready to settle for less $$.
Just my opinion, so take if for what you paid for it, but I think if you don't want to put anything else into it, then I'd be ready to be in the $6k-$8k range when the dust settles. Little effort and making sure things are in top shape and $10k+ is likely attainable.
