Help not receiving PM

I seem to be having a problem receiving PM. I can send but not receive. I double checked all my settings, and they are fine. I even got a message to my email from the admins saying that I am close to my limit on my inbox for pm's. When I check my inbox it still has 0 in the inbox. Any help is appreciated

check your SENT folder

I do see copy of messages that I have sent but nothing in my in box as being received

to be more clear, your SENT folder counts towards your total message space...delete those, and you free up space.

Again, clear your sent folder.

PM'ing me for a response does you no good...Admin's override the Inbox limits.

Inbox has been cleared but that didn't solve the problem
