Help identifying trailer (1 Viewer)

I am about to refurbish this trailer I picked up. I am trying to identify the original mfg. The Title is abbreviated and I haven't figured it out.
It is a tilt bed. 14' deck area. Note receiver sticking up from tongue. 8 lug wheels.

no idea about mfger, but that receiver is interesting. For a winch maybe? Hmmm... other interesting possibilities too....

Those are made by a lot of folks and I'm pretty clueless about them, never needing one. What abbreviation is on the title? That may clue someone more familiar with them.

I'm not seeing any suspension?

It has suspension. No way you could hold together this size trailer without it. A leaf pack for each tire.
There is another that I think is the same running around behind a dump. I never can chase it down.
I've looked at a 100 online and no match yet.

I thought the receiver was a place to put the pintle into for storage but I think I'll use it for a receiver type winch plate. I was going to get a front receiver anyways to put the winch on and keep it out of the weather
