Help contacting a TAC member (NOAH?)

I'm trying to get a hold of a TAC member - I believe his name is Noah. He has a brown 70 series. I met him briefly at a Green Country Cruisers gathering in Disney OK last fall. I'm going to attempt to import a 70 and would like to talk to him soon about his experience doing so.

Does anyone know him?
