Hello all. New to the board. Just bought a 94 LC and I know I'm going to need front axle service soon. I just moved to Boerne from down south, and don't know any mechanics in this area. I'm also currently in a town home and don't really have a place to wrench. Can anyone tell me a good LC mechanic in the San Antonio area that could do this work right? I really want to find someone experienced with this task and get it done correctly. Any help would be appreciated.

Maybe Dealer Alternative over on Bitters. Dont be surprised if they charge alot. Like $750+. Ive done all my work myself so I really dont know the shops around here.
The group could help you also if we do a wrench day. Much cheaper that way and you can learn about your truck.

Thanks for the response. A group day would be great. Where do I sign? 
no signing and no dues. come to the meetings held the first saturdays of the month at panera bread on 1604 and blanco. We should be having a wrench day fairly soon however, a rig that new should be able to be serviced from the dlr.
