Hella or VisionX ?

Which of those two HID lamps is better (spot beam):
1. Hella Rallye 4000i Compact
2. VisionX HID-6500

Please help me to make a decision. I know nothing about VisionX, Hellas are among most popular in Europe.

I have the hella 4000s(not compact) with a hid kit and they are amazing. I've never heard of the visionX but I know its hard to beat hellas quality.
