1/8" Expanded metal floor <-- Take $100 off any of the above prices if you don't want the floor
Painted Gloss Black w/industrial enamel <-- Subtract $35 from the above prices if you prefer to paint it or powdercoat it yourself.

pics on a rig and how it attaches to raingutters? common load bar or individual attachment points?

I am recommending attachment to a thule or yakima set-up. To do this you will need to use U-bolts with Lock-tite. Several have also been attached to factory crossbars. Specifically on Jeep Cherokees. Some pics of one of my first racks in action can be seen at

It is on the Cherokee, which is the 7th picture down on the left and the pic on the right.
His rack is a 42x60 with two light tabs.
