What are folks doing for the heater vent hoses? These all look pretty beat on the truck here.
Have folks tried silicone hose? Seems expensive but it probably works.
What about rad hose? Anyone check out rad hoses to see if any come close?

I got mine from autozone. For the 2 1/2" one, I got some flexible plastic vent pipe. For the 2" vents, I use that tubing that is used between an airfilter and the exhaust manifold for whatever emission purpose it accomplishes. Any flexible, expandable tubing will work, and those rubber elbows are not needed.

ive seen some people use pieces of a pool vacuum tubing

My defroster hoses were in fine shape, but the elbows were cracked real bad...so I smeared black silicone all over them and wrapped them in strips of black cloth...kind of ghetto, but works just fine and fit right where they're supposed to. (yes I had too much time on my hands- and silicone)
