heater noise (ticking)

it's driving me crazy. it's coming from the fan motor under the glove box. i opened it up and the brushes are way worn down. do you think this is the problem? i couldn't find any debris in there.

so do i need a whole new fan motor or can i just get new brushes if that's the problem.

i couldn't find anything under SEARCH.

A decent electrical repair shop may be able to source brushes for you....


You could also post something up in the Wanted section and see if someone has one they do not need...
