Guys, I'm looking to pay someone.

I don't have the time or the space at this time to get into this issue. My new to me hundred has a heater "issue". I've read up a whole bunch and it seems to be a common issue that is located in the heater/ac box under the passenger dash. It involves taking the covers off, doing a few diagnostic tests on the components, replace as necessary. Or, it could be as simple as a cleaning of the fan motor...etc, etc, etc...

Anyway, I can't pull off getting in to this in my garage since as soon as I take it apart, my wife will need it to get to work. Secondly, I need it by Feb 17th for a trip. Not having heat over on the passenger side really sucks!

Anyone have a warm garage spot and some knowledge about this stuff and want to make a few bucks? I'm not really wanting to take it to the dealer but that is proabaly my next option.

Why can't these things break in the summer?

I'd say dealer with that kind of time schedule and need.

Our club gets a discount at one of the dealers in town, either O'Brien or Butler, or Beck, I can't remember which.

Well that's good to know. I'll call around. Thanks AJ.

(I remembered at least one name)

No discount offered by any of them. Beck did say if we got the President to call, they could work something out. I assume they meant Obama since I KNOW they don't want to talk to Tony....

Maybe it was just parts. PM Ron (toyman317), his brother works at one of them as a master tech I think, he might do a side job for a cruiserhead.

My brother Dave works at Obrian Toyota and they have agreed to give us 20% off on parts. Check with Dave Sparks, the parts manager. Anyway, my brother might be interested in doing the work however he is pretty busy with warranty work still (fixing gas pedals) so I don't know. He might know of another mech. at the shop that would do the work though if he can't. Dave Featherston - 317-351-7000 (Obrian)

Thank you Ron, I will definitely call him. I'm glad to know that he's your brother. I've been taking my vehicles there for years. It's the easiest one for me to get to and the service manager has always been pretty good to me. THey have never said anything about all the aftermarket stuff on my FJC so I can't complain.

Tony > Obama

As our club pres, how would Obama handle our club?

We would be 1.49 hundred dollars in debt.
All of the Hoedown raffle money would be redistributed to Methodist Hospital.
Difficult portions in trails would be removed to make it easy for everybody.

Your club staff would quadruple in size.

You could only purchase "approved" products and mods.

Ron would be dead....after he was deemed too old and expensive for treatment.

You would have to wheel hybrids.

Carl would have to distribute the decadent parts off of his 4runner and buggy amongst the club.

Lots would get said...not much would get done.

Todd would complain he's too conservative.

Todd would have to take down the Obama poster, on his ceiling above his bed, if the club ever came over.

EDIT: Or maybe he would leave it up and invite him in and see where it goes....
