I'm using a 1 inch product from American acoustical. Perforated vynal face . Gonna glue it right to roof. Just haven't got to that point. Available at MSC in 10 foot rolls. . Used it on a DOD project back in the uuhhuumm 80s .

Ill be opting for sound deadener, 10mm formsheild then possibly rubber backed marine carpet (not 100% sold on the carpet idea.. will need to see how it looks first.

I actually measured the arc and made sure I had just a little extra material, you will note that it is above the supports and the tension from the extra measurement pushes it up into the curve and pressure keeps in place, no glue. I have deadener between that and roof that allows for some flex.

I was going to do marine carpet but when I bought sample and placed it I wasn't sold on the look, this was a thought and I am really happy with result.

Nothing too crazy, just added an extra dome light in the back. It had a broken switch so I slaved it to the front.

Did you install that headliner, or have someone else do it? If you did it, how difficult was it? Seems like the general consensus is you must pull the rear cargo windows. Is it necessary to pull the windshield?

Cargo windows and windshield were out.
I paid a hot rod guy to do it.
He had a steamer and knew all the tricks...
