Headlight adjustment?

I have HIR bulbs to put in, and it looks like my headlights are aimed too high. I see one adjuster on the back of each headlight, is that the vertical adjust? I expect to see a vertical and a horizontal adjust, is there an adjuster I'm not seeing? This is an '03 with regular halogen bulbs.

It should be right behide (in the engine bay of course) lol... silver with a bolt is the adjusters. Right around I believe the low beams location.

Thanks, I found my answer with diagrams on another forum. I still don't understand the horizontal adjusters, too cold to fiddle with them right now.
