Hands free/Bluetooth phone issues - mic malfunction

Does anyone else have an issue with their hands free Bluetooth phone connection where you can make a call and hear the person on the other end, but they can't hear you? I'm wondering where the mic is located, and if the issue is that it's not functioning. My Lexus Link has been disabled, as none of the buttons on the upper console (behind the rear view mirror, in front of the sunroof) function. I pulled that console down to peek in there, and there is a white female connector that has been disconnected. I can't figure out where it plugs in, as I guess I have to remove a bolt or nut up there to fully remove the console so I can actually see if there are any open connectors. I'm thinking when they disconnected Lexus Link they also disconnected the mic that's used for both Lexus Link and hands free phone connection?
