Hi everyone
I am struggling with Land Cruiser J90 Colorado rear handbrake shoes and could really do with some help and advice.
Unfortunately I have the pressed bearing type halfshafts and the tiny access hole that is pathetic!!!
I have watched a few "how to" youtube videos but not found one that I am really happy with and its not so easy to hold the shoe in place and fit the retainer pin and springs on your own.
So if anyone has any tips and can advise me the best way to fit the shoe handbrake shoes and retainers I would e very grateful.
It is a 1997 model and I have tried cable ties on the springs but I am finding putting and holding the hand braked levered shoe in place a struggle can it be clamped or tied somehow?
I have attached a photo to show the type I'm dealing with!!
