I'll state the obvious: good transmission jack, alignment dowels, and I assume Georg modified the transfer front plate with a plug and 5th gear snap in oiler.

Georg is the man. Been mating H55’s for years. Top quality work.

Thanks for the kind words guys. Yes, we’ve built a number of H55F combos over the years.
Right now I have 3 H55F “jobs” ready to be assembled.

Looking for your PM/conversation link. Can't find. Can you recommend some shops around the country that do the FJ62 H55F swap well? We know TLC. Others out west of the MS? Oops, I see Georg just chimed in. Others? Texas, Colorado, Utah?

That aftermarket cap looks fantastic and from what I remember on my BJ42, damn close to exact match.

Has anyone had any problems with the NSS on the H55F? I am completing a LS swap with new H55f and ready to start the engine but the NSS is not making for some reason and where it is located it is really hard to remove to check if it is faulty switch.
