I'm considering these Method 305NV in bronze inspired by this member's post (mainly because they look great and he also didn't have to do any spacers or body chopping). The options on DiscountTire for off-set are 0 or 25...I'd want zero right? Would this setup mess with anything long term or require any additions to keep things running smoothly? Also, do bead lock wheels add any additional things to consider as far as maintenance or headaches? Thanks!
Those are dope and yes you should be fine with no BMC running a 0 offset. Those are simulated bead lock's with a special lip to seat the bead better when running low tire pressures. This probably does preform better than a standard style lip but it's not a "true beadlock" where each of those bolts actually comes in contact with the tire bead, physically locking it in place.

METHOD TRUE BEAD LOCK RIMS

The biggest issue with those 305's and true beadlocks in general, would probably be one of the bolts falling out and having to replace it. If this does happen it should not effect performance at all on the 305's, it will probably just bug you, but TBH not even sure if those bolts in the 305's have actual threads! The bolts may be mounted in place permanently, not sure.

On a true beadlock it's less ideal to lose a bolt but missing one bolt wont kill you, though I'd say you'd want to replace it for safety's sake. With true beadlocks you need to periodically check all the bolts on the wheels to make sure they aren't coming loose. I had to do that with the TRD rock warrior rims on my FJ, not beadlocks but same concept of having to check the bolts on the rims regularly. I was missing a few bolts on the rock rings on each wheel and it was fine...annoying though! Even though I would check them regularly to make sure they weren't coming loose...there were always a few that needed attention.

A lot of people seem to like these 305's and have good success w/ them, so you probably will too!

Any lift here?
Roughly 2" front and rear, she does look pretty low though. I need to find some stock height measurements to compare too. She's so heavy that I struggle getting it lifted. I really need custom built coilovers

Pardon the "driveway" shot but I haven't had a chance to get the rig out since the wheel upgrade.

Finally decided on my wheels and got em on today. (Thanks to everyone for their contributions and advice, this forum has become my new homepage, great community to be a part of!)
Went with these DX4 Nitros in bronze. Unsure of the offset but there is (now) a little front fender rubbing in full lock.

Hello I'm new here :) but I've been in a GX470 relationship for 12 years and I'm very happy.
I have such a question as you can see in the picture
Lift the front side by 2 inches
rear airbag trick 2 "
And install BGKO2 275/65/R17

2 "Lift is enough? To 285/70/R17 Tire or 2.5 "inch should I lift?

@dajobo tires are 285/70-17. Stamped on the side of the tire. Looks great though! How do you like those milestar tires? I’ve heard good things about them
You mean those are not really 35.5x11.5 tires ?

I have buddies who both ran them on their 80s in 35x12.5 16r size and they had bad irregular wear and bubbling/warping issues but they ran them anyway for a few years. They were also very loud towards the end of their life - they switched to Toyo Open Country MT's and said they wouldn't look back - I also run the Toyo MT's - great tires, even for east coast winter driving - no complaints!
