What are the specs on your Eibach kit and do you have any measurements from fender to hub? That height looks perfect and more importantly to me, level.
My objectives were lowest possible lift that would level the rake and fit 285s.

I bought this Eibach kit:

The distance from the top of the fender arc to center of hub is approximately 22 7/8" in the rear and 22 1/2" in the front.

Only minor mods to front plastic inner fender wells required to avoid rubbing during turns. No metal cutting. No welding. No significant grinding. Dremel was only tool used.

I also removed the running boards (for looks), with the added bonus of more clearance and less rubbing.

  • ALPHAequipt Foxtrox 17x7.5" wheels
  • Factory 4Runner TRD Pro Fox IBP shocks (begging for mercy with all the weight)
  • Dobinson 749V rear springs
  • Icon 650lb 13" front springs
  • 2" top hat spacer lift in front
  • JBA HD UCAs
  • SPC Jounceshock hydraulic bumps on all 4 corners, front jounce shafts extended to compensate for the top hate spacers
  • 1/2" body lift
  • DRT Fab CMR
Doesn't rub on pavement but has way more clearance than I thought. Need to flex it out after I rebuild my UBJs. May lengthen the rear links to push the axle back some but tires will swing rearward under compression so may not have to.

IMS rides incredible on and off-road and is worth the money. Maxxis Razr ATs are hands down the best tire I’ve used and the XLs have stood up to all the abuse thrown at them so far and are quiet and buttery smooth on Highway and do excellent in the wet.

Hey! I absolutely love the Ironman 4x4 Nitro Gas. I keep driving on the River Street cobblestones just because it's so fun. You're doing the full airbag delete right?
Sorry for such a late response, yes, doing the full delete. Install went well, it's a little stiff at the moment but I'm way underweight. I should get to posting soon.

Very nice
Just got my 2005 GX460 a week or so ago. First mod was new wheels and tires.

Setup:
Toyota TRD Pro SEMA 17x7 0-Offset Bronze Wheels
BF Goodrich Trail Terrain 255/70 R17 Tires
No Lift

Very nice, i just recently got my gx, love that wheels..congrats..

LC120 3.0l Diesel (aparently lighter than the GX)
Toyo Open Country AT3 265-70-17
Dobinsons: Front - GS59-221 & C59-302, Rear - GS59-701 & C59-327

Pre Lift: Front - 745mm, Rear 765mm
Post Lift: Front - 790mm, Rear 830mm (it had sagged quite a bit)

Measured bottom of wheel to centre of arch. (mm to inch conversion - divide by 25.4)

Photos show loads from Empty to 300kg...

Its a bit higher than I thought it would be. Will give it 6 months to properly bed in.
Do you still have the airbag on the rear on this set up?

Here is its current iteration.
285/75r17 Toyo AT3 on SCS Gen 5, -10 offset
Toytec 2.0 in front, lots of trimming and washer reservoir relocated. Rear is on some unknown OME springs and Bilstein 5100.

I have some 35” Kendas in the garage but had a change of heart and going to send them back. Had planned on doing an 8.2 upgrade and a regear but it’s more than I want to drop on this truck.

Do you have any more pictures of your wheels/tires? Thinking about going with the Legend EXP's. How do you like them? Thanks.
So far I really like them but don’t have a lot to go on as far as different driving conditions go . They are much quieter than they look and they don’t sling rocks like my Kenda klever RTs did . The Baja legend exps are rebranded dick cepeks from what I understand . It was between these , falken wildpeak at3w and Toyo open country at3s at my local shop . Putting the 3 side by side is what pushed my decision to grab the MTs .

@Matt3400 Funny I did the same thing with the those Kendas, thought I loved them, turned out I didn't once I got them home. Decided to send them back for Toyo Open Country MT 34's and skip 35's all together to hold out for a regear and 37s.

Curious if you have pics or vids you can share of your washer re location install? I'm considering doing this in the future as I'm rubbing it a bit at full flex, just not exactly sure where to re mount it. I trimmed the excess plastic bits on the unit so that helped the rub a bit but I'm interested in relocating the unit.

Im doing even more of a retrograde by going from 285/75r17 to a 285/70r17 and lowering the rear by at least .5” with a different spring. The stink bug look is not my thing and having a lower center of gravity is a plus for the type of trails and shelf roads here in Colorado.

Here is where I mounted mine using a couple self tapping screws, behind the passenger headlight. The kit I bought also had a bracket but it only works on 4runnners, the GX has a couple wiring harnesses in the way.

I have noticed my Kenda's are pretty bad in this regard. I mean, maybe good? They clear themselves out really good 😅 I need to figure out some sort of mudflap as my rear bumper is chopped pretty aggressively
