I am looking to install some gauges to keep an eye on things in my diesel engine compartment.

Here is what I think I need.

Oil Pressure
Water Temp
Pyrometer
Turbo Boost
Air gauge for Air Tanks

Any other gauges anybody would recomend?

I need to buy or build a gauge cluster mount and I only want to do it once.

I am using a ISSPRO Pyrometer Gauge. For the rest of the gauges, is one any better than the other?

I pulled a Turbo Boost Gauge and an Air Pressure Guage from a semi truck that was at a pick-n-pull.

I'm on my third "Auto Guage" cheapo piece of crap. They seem to stick on 175 after you shut the engine off and let it cool down.

I know a lot of shop install Stewart Warner Gauges.

Should I just look through the Summit racing catalog?

Sorry for so many questions.

x2!
I'd like to know if there are any recommendations as well!
I'm looking for a decent boost guage for a future 3b turbo project...
Although my oil pressure guage doesn't work either. Hasn't since I bought the BJ:confused:

I went with an Old

Stewart Warner - Oil Pressure
Stewart Warner - Water Temp
ISSPro - Pyrometer
Stewart Warner and then a Precision - Turbo Boost
Old Stewart Warner - Air gauge for Air Tanks

Here is how they look.

Is it just me or did you answer your own thread?

I like the carbon fibre look!
