GSMTR Round table

Who is up for a casual gathering of club leadership and a predetermined time to discuss relevant issues in a relaxed atmosphere during GSMTR. I know a lot of this occurs spontaneously but thought we could possibly get something firmed up in advance.

I will be glad to be the bartender or did I mean moderator.

If people are interested Wednesday evening would probably be the best time, we could meet in the pavilion or gather around the fire ring next to the pavilion.
At present, there are very few club leaders registered so it may be a very small meeting.
