GSMTR Anyone? (1 Viewer)

Hey y'all. Is anyone planning on going to the Great Smokey Mountains Trail Ride (GSMTR) June 15th through 17th 2023 ? It is ~8 hours from DC, but since I have an, unexpected long (permanent) break from my job, I was thinking of going this year.

If anyone has gone to it before, I'd be interested in their experiences.
FWIW, I will likely be doing mostly green trails -- don't want to totally f up my '15 LX (yet).

I went to WindRock twice last year. I think it’s worth the drive. I’d join you but will already be out of town.

that is on my list to do hopefully i can do it next year... I want to try a new event a year that are remotely close by!
