Has anyone ordered the black plastic grill offered by
carsrus.au. It looks like having it shipped to the US
my be difficult, but is the best looking grill I have seen
available for my 2005 (if it fits!).

Why would having it shipped to the US be difficult? I buy stuff from other countries all the time when the USD is strong, I use that to my advantage.

when I tried to order it, the site said "No shipping method available for the

That seller may not ship international. In that case, if you really want it, set up your own FedEx account for free, tell them to ship it to you using your account number.
FedEx will bill your account and you'll get the part.
The shipper will need to fill out customs paper work though.
