What tires is it running? LTX M/S? I don't think so..,

Is that really hooked to the front end of that 100 or did they just pull up behind it? If it really is hooked up, I wonder how much it makes the front end sag when it's up in the air?

That is a really bad idea. A snow plow will ruin a LC. The drivetrain will take a beating. If you are going to plow get a Dodge Cummins Turbo diesel.

That's sacrilege.

The LC front end is probably stronger than a Dodge. I have a buddy who plows in AK with a Dodge Turbo diesel and says its a POS.

That picture is in Japan. When I visited there, I didn't see any American trucks and few European vehicles. I guess use what you have available to you.

If its such a POS, I wonder why he uses it? Plowing is hard on any truck, it destroys them. The frame on the new Dodges, Fords or Chevy 3/4 and 1 ton trucks are tough but not up to long term abuse that plowing dishes out. I think the Ford has the toughest frame but the diesels that they put in them are not as good. The Cummins is a superior diesel engine. I guess the ideal would be put a Cummins in a Ford truck, but I still wouldn't use it to plow. If your buddy wants a plow truck tell him to get a used full size dump truck that can take the abuse. JMHO

I've seen pictures of Suzuki Samurai's with snowplows on them. ;)

Here, I just found a few:

I think if they are sturdy enough for a plow the LC should be able to handle it! :D
