Went to the International Motorcycle show in the morning and a February ride in the afternoon. 50* in Chicago today.

The Honda Fury looks better in person, but I think the chopper craze is over.


The new V-Max is bad-ass. 200 hp.

Love the new Moto Guzzi Griso

Love to have a Ducati Supermotard, but my favorite bike in the show is the Ducati GT1000 monoposto

I'm liking the looks of the new Honda CBF1000

Not too exciting, but just how I like them. Well built as well as a peach of a motor.

And I also liked the Bandit 1250...

The Vancouver show was pretty small potatoes, but fun anyways.

One of those bikes will likely be my next, however, the Versys is pretty perfect for my needs of mostly around town riding, and will be hard to replace. What I really need is some cash for a second and third bike!

Before and after pics CMGonline made with that weird fender tire ratio cleaned up. Don't know why Duc made it like that but the proportions look all wrong. The CMG version is much nicer looking.

The regular Duc GT1000 is all wrong. The GT1000 Monoposto is a whole different looking bike.

They got it right with the Paul Smart too
