Looks good in the pictures. Check the FAQ in the 80 tech section or on SleeOffroads website. If you can find some dirt or gravel test the lockers. Depending on where the truck was originally from check for rust. Check the coolant system (bubble test in the overflow bottle). Check the front axle for excess grease (leaking inner axle seals means a front axle job will be needed soon).
 
Ask if there's a maintainance history. Toyota suggests 90k miles for lots of things to be done. With a cruiser that old, those things should have been done long ago regardless of mileage. I'm sure some will disagree.:meh: I like peace of mind. My .02.
