Ghost Wheelers Christmas Tree Run

Well its that time of year again and we will be once again having the 3rd annual Christmas tree run out in the Caroline/Sundre area. This run is about the different clubs getting together for a day of wheeling and Christmas tree gathering.

There is a lot of snow out west already so it should be a pretty interesting day. Make sure your vehicles are in good mechanical condition and you have decent tires. No minimum tire size required. Bring at least one good row strap and have recovery points on front and rear. As always body damage is possible although isn't a really hard run.

Itinerary

- meet at GTI gas station in Caroline at 10 am December 7th, group will hit the road at 1030 for the trail.
- wheel until a nice lunch spot is found have a fire and cook up some food.
- whenever you spot a nice tree just stop and grab it. There are some pretty nice trees in the area (make sure you get your Christmas tree permit) http://srd.alberta.ca/FormsOnlineServices/TreeCuttingPermits/ChristmasTreeCutting.aspx

Sounds fun but this is a fake tree house . My wife already has it up. It would be dried to the bone by the time turkey day arrived.

Yeah me too, not really into the real tree thing but it would be fun to go out. Unfortunately Toris xmas party is that Friday, mine is Saturday.
