Toyota offered these for direct purchase dating back to the early 80s, possibly even the 70s. Older versions were printed with TOYOTA MOTOR rather than TOYOTA as these are. We know this set dates to 1989 or after because of the logo. They are intended for use with the Toyota angle grinder shown in the last picture. The tool is just for reference and not included. 4" wheel, 5/16" (or 16 mm) center. A genuine Toyota set that you just don't come across everyday. $65 which includes shipping to the US.
