Have you guy put together a to do list yet? I can come down earlier to help set up, etc...

Not yet. Part of the beauty of this is that the park is doing almost all of the work for us. I know I will be there a bunch during the week as its in my back yard. Just getting down and learning the park is probably the most important.

More concentrated on getting folks signed up. I know several from here are going, just trying to get them registered as soon as possible. It helps us with donations.

I will keep info up to date as we get a to do list.
