Well this is where I'm leaving off for a week till I am back in town. Support plates are burned in, .0625 off to the drivers side, frame is level, I am happy. I can see why tlc4x4 asked so much for their fzj60, it looks easy on paper but not so much when you start getting dirty.
Well, decided the other day I want to take my 60 up to Colorado next week while I'm skiing in Winter Park, so I will resume where I left off around the 8th. My reasoning is a week should be an ample amount of time to get the body on the frame and my drivetrain set into place (I'm ahead of schedule). Plus I'm really interested in how these k02s will handle the iced roads, thinking about getting myself a set in a 315 flavor for this build.
My goal is for it to have this fender clearance loaded down, with 35s and maybe a tad more tucked. Thinking some Tacoma steelies like @cruisermatt is running. Maybe even white since I want to paint my roof white...
I take it you didn't want to remove the RLCA mount and shorten it there where the frame is straight? I found removing that made this job super easy. Carefully cutting off the RLCA mounts also means they go back on easily. Now not having a lift made the job not so easy.

The way I did it would be considered "easier" I think. My fab skills are limited and I didn't care about having big plates on the side since the sliders will cover them up. Next time, i'd probably go the route you did since it seems easier to line up.
