I rebuilt my Birfs this weekend and tugged a little too hard on the ABS sensor on the passenger side and broke it in twain. I can't believe how expensive these guys are. If anyone has a used one, I'd be grateful. You can even just cut one off and I'll solder/splice it. My wires are fine, but the sensor is a goner.

RockAuto has the P/N as ALS746.
the Toyota P/N is 04895-60060 - but that includes both, plus the wiring harness.

i've got a set of four i'm selling for $200 shipped. they're the double pin ones of a 96

Wow, the used prices are still pretty high. I'm going to see if I can redneck mine back together. If not, I'll let you all know and we'll work something out. Thanks!

pm sent about abs wheel speed sensors

Thanks a lot for the replies. I ordered one from cruiseryard on Friday.

I'm in a similar situation and have my driver side front sensor malfunctioning. Did the Cruiseryard buy work out for you? The dealer is quoting $800 and that the sensor is only sold as part of the whole harness set. My harness is okay so I'm trying to track just the sensor ('96 LX450).

A couple other things I thought would be minor are also turning into bigger pains. Like apparently they don't make the window seals for the rear cargo windows anymore? I have a leak and may now have to replace the whole window.

Yeah I got just the sensor from Cruiseryard and it was in good shape - plug and play. I've not got through the steps to reset the light yet though. It still comes on after I've rolled 50 feet or so. I think it was $80. I'd buy from them again. No complaints at all.

Thanks, @nuclearlemon maybe you can help me a bit further. The shop gave me part number 04895-60060 as the kit from Lexus (same as original poster above), but couldn't tell me if that's single prod or double prod. It's a 1996 LX450, and for now the driver side front is the issue but I may want spares since it seems common.
