Funny Saturday morning recovery lesson

So I guess the neighborhood high school kids in their TJs give me crap about driving a Toyota. This morning one of them knocks on my door with his mom. They got stuck last night in some swampy lowlands by our hood.

The hydraulic winch pulled and pulled. Man I love that thing.

I kept hearing them ask each other "what is it? A 4Runner?" "Oh a land cruiser?"

I wish I had a friend like you when I was in high school. When I got my CJ7 stuck in a similar looking marsh, my sister called her friends with full size trucks to pull me out. No luck. The next day, I finally found a guy with a winch who charged me $150 to come in where I was and got me out. Haven't been much of a mud fan since.
