I thought this was pretty creative.
Looks like the guy built a trailer and scabbed it onto the frame of the fifth wheel then loaded his his boat (toyota) on the back.

tongue weight....even for a 5th wheel...

That's what I'm looking for a 5th wheel for.

That's what Woody runs.

although we're both running slide in campers on the front with the towed truck centered over the trailer axles.

That guy looks like he took a shortish trailer and just plopped it on a long 5th wheel frame. You can see the wheel wells.

I thought this was creative, or stupid, either or.

No, I looked underneath, he actually used the fifith wheel trailer frame and added to it. I cant say it looked like it was engineered the best but the concept is doable. Who knows if the camper frame could take the extra weight.
I am sure that from a safety and structual integrity standpoint, plopping a truck camper on a goose neck trailer is probably much safer. I just appreciated this guys "creativity". :hillbilly:
I know "creativity" can kill too.
""Hey y'all watch this!!"

I like it...the second one that is

I just have this awesome image in my head of the blazer hitting the brakes really hard and all the body bolts shearing and the frame stops, but the body keeps going....

The 4x4 post transfering the load through the tailgate to the tow bar is by far my favorite piece of this contraption.

better than the screen door chains?

Ok...(1) he wont need brake control to the trailer, cause it prolly wont go over 5 mph
(B) I also like the 4x4 under the tailgate best
(4) I like the fact that he can, however slowly, take his home with him to the bar, so he doesn't have to drive home drunk
(4b) he prolly drives to the bar already drunk anyway, so forget the safety factor of point (4)
(C) I hope that S-10 has the 4.3 or it ain't goin anywhere
& (6) damnit....why are all the good ideas always someone elses

Im hoping this is something to move this thing around a property only.

"Who does that?"
