hey mark!! I bought your welder before christmas and have used it quite a bit...I love the welder.. I bought a 1000adp model and have used it with the flux core(really descent!!), gas(super great!!) and hae even done a little bit of aluminum with it too....(I had the wrong gas but still was able to do an okay job with it...)

I just wanted to say thanks and I enjoyed doing business with you!!

dont remember seeing this question, but about how many hours/minutes of welding will you get out of a fully charged battery, and how long will batteries last using them for this?

What about the naval pack ready welder? Is it worth purchasing that one or is it to ridiculous? Can you give me price anyways. We are going on a 15,000 to 20,000 mile expedition so i want something good and waterproof box. Thanks

I used my ReadyWelder to do a little job of aluminum yesterday - cut and shaped a new section of a broken bracket and welded it in. The welder worked GREAT, a nice quiet and smooth arc, easy to control. The new piece is undetectable after grinding and smoothing it to match - the bracket looks like it never broke. I used 100% argon and hooked up to my Miller 210 for power. The 1000ADP comes with a 12 volt power supply that's needed when the welder is hooked to a CC machine instead of batteries. The 12 volts is the power for the wirefeeder motor. Using batteries (which also works great) you don't need the external 12 volt supply.

This is a bump.

Honk, good stuff to hear. I know of a few RWII's that are used of MIG power sorces. Those that dont know, they will also work with any DC ARC power supply as well.

I am holding fast the $ for the welders, if you need one let me know!
