Virgin on the half shell.. my grandpa had one in his rose garden. They are pretty much a New England thing aren't they? I've never seen them outside NE in my (admittedly limited) travels.

Mary in the half shell is seen where ever there is a fairly strong religious belief. I've seen them everywhere I've lived. Seems to me it's more of a Catholic "thing" than a regional thing.

Randy: I think you need to use a Cruiser wheel and moonie hubcap for a hose reel. Maybe use the splindle and locking hub from a drum brake axle to make it "reel".
