At Fibreglass Replacement Panels | FRP | Wheel Arch Flares | Body Panels | Overhead Consoles | Battery Trays | Australia you can buy a number of fiberglass parts for 70's. It looks like I can get an entire front end made of glass. I priced out a windshield frame, hood (with scoop), upper fenders, cowl, valance, and inner door panels for around $2,500 delivered to Vancouver.

Does anyone have any experience with these products? Are they any good? Are there other options I should be looking at? Has gozzard started making 70 series front end parts?

More to the point, are they better than the bendable/rustable steel that I already have. Further note that every panel I mentioned is bent or rusted and already needs repair, so I am wondering where to best waste my cash.

I have seen some of their replacement panels.Fibreglass rarely looks as good as metal when used as a replacement because it has to be thicker than metal.
However ,FRP dont do a bad job. Their 75 series windscreen frame is the best non metal frame I have seen.
Their flares for the 70 series also look good.
They have been around for awhile,at least 10 years that I know of but probably a lot longer.

Even in oz ,it would be hard to beat that price with new and used metal items and you are getting it delivered to Vancouver.

Try some of the east coast aussie forums like Outer Limits(it was down yesterday, but might be back now)

I've used their 45 series front guards and doors for soft top conversion. The front guards were wider than stock to cover a wide tyre and also bought matching flares for rear. Everything fitted up nicely and was good quality. From what I understand, these are some of the only fibreglass panels available in Australia that meet Aust Design Rules.

I am really wanting one of their hoods.
Where are you getting it shipped to in Vancouver?
I was quoted 800 for shipping alone for the 770 dollar hood to my door.
At that price I will wait for importing something out of there for one.
Unless someone has a considerably cheaper way.
